Changed your mind?

You can gladly exchange the item within 1-2 days of the purchase, provided that you:

• Provide your order number.
• The item is in its original condition.
• Choose an alternative item from our selected stock.

We encourage you to return items within our open hours or with a reliable courier. Return courier will be at your own expense.

Visible quality issue?

We strive for customer satisfaction. Should you be unsatisfied due to a visible issue, we expect you to:

• Return the item within 14 days after purchase.
• Provide your order number.
• Choose an alternative item from our selected stock.

Please note all items are hand made and will not be perfect.

Delivery Fee & COLLECTIONS:

The delivery fee is R100, alternatively if you are from the Somerset West  region, you are welcome to collect your order once we let you know it is ready.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Orders typically take about 3 days to process and approximately 2-3 business days to arrive at the delivery address you provided during checkout (excluding public holidays and weekends).

Order Tracking:

Once your order is completed, it will be booked for door to door delivery with our courier partner. Soon thereafter, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your order will normally arrive at your doorstep within 2-3  business days of the courier collecting it from us. Please allow 24 hours after receiving the email before tracking it as it may not yet reflect on the courier’s tracking system.
