We ship nationwide across South Africa. In-stock orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 working days; personalised and made-to-order items within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery is via courier with tracking.
Returns
We want you to love your LILROSE piece. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, as they are made uniquely for you.
